What the site is
RaceTripPlanner provides race-weekend travel information, guides and cost estimates for general planning. We don't sell tickets, lodging, parking, camping or travel, and we aren't a travel agent.
Estimates are not quotes
Our cost estimates are built from prior-year prices adjusted for inflation, government per-diem baselines, prices captured on the date shown, or modeled values (for example, modeled lodging based on a multiple of a baseline rate). See how we estimate. Estimates are not quotes or offers, and they aren't guaranteed. Prices, dates, availability and policies change. Always confirm with the seller or official site before you buy.
Price alerts
Price alerts are optional and free. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we may change or stop them at any time. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.

We link to official and third-party websites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once posted here with a new effective date.
